What AI Price Rank processes when you browse public research and how internal pricing evidence is separated from public access.

Effective August 9, 2026

Public browsing

AI Price Rank does not offer public user accounts, favorites, payments, or profile tracking. The current public site does not set advertising cookies or load third-party advertising trackers. Language, platform, plan, search, and sorting choices are encoded in the page URL so they can be shared and restored.

Operational data

The service produces structured operational logs for availability, job state, failures, and graceful shutdown. Hosting and reverse-proxy infrastructure may also process standard request information such as time, requested path, status, network address, and user agent for security and reliability.

When anonymous usage measurement is enabled, public pages send only the kind of page, category or product, language, broad device and referral type, an optional selected region, and actions such as opening a filter. These events do not use an analytics cookie or record a visitor ID, session ID, full referring address, full browser description, or IP address.

AI Price Rank does not place database credentials, collector evidence bodies, or administrator secrets in client bundles, public pages, analytics events, or public source links.

Store price records

The service stores copies of official public store responses so prices can be checked and corrected. Only authorized editors can access those copies; public pages show the checked price and official source link, not the original response file.

Price corrections record who made the change and why. This information is used to maintain price accuracy, not to build visitor profiles.

Retention and questions

Saved price versions and their sources are kept so corrections can be reviewed or reversed. The site operator controls how long service logs are retained. Privacy questions can be raised through the project repository, but public issues should not include passwords or personal information.
